Now fully online as well as in print, marie claire needed focus on increasing digital content and building the online offering. Working closely with advertisers to create innovative ways to collaborate on editorial stories and events was a large responsibility for the role. Creatively directing photoshoots and collaborating on visual concepts for all magazine content was part of my every week. I was also responsible for logo lockups and marketing collateral for marie claire events such as the Glass Ceiling Awards and Prix de marie claire. At the beginning of my appointment; I redesigned the magazine, introducing new fonts and photographic approaches as well as reworking content; I worked on this closely with Editor, Nicky Briger.
